Meditation

Seeing…

We have been given life.

We have been given ears to hear and eyes to see.

We have senses and a mind and body.

We have the sun and the moon and the planets and all the stars in the firmament.

We have the earth and all its resources. Nature abounds everywhere.

We have light and color to fill our spectrum.

The beauty of creation is never ending in that we can never totality absorb it all.

And yet we love it…

We can see the hand of God in it…

Jesus reminds us of it "the birds" "the Lilly’s of the field" He uses so many illustrations of rock and sand and water and the power thereof and the majesty of God in His use of it.

God gives Himself…

He gives and He gives…

In his blood poured out…

We love too often what God has made, the creation… even ourselves, more then we love the creator… the consummate gift… of His love… Jesus…

God gives of His pleasure… His love abounds in giving… ergo mercy abounds.

God is there for us in our every state of our being… giving…

Be reminded that God never stops giving… It is in our refusal to accept, that which is given, always and forever, that we suffer loss… even eternal loss…

Meditation:

When we look around through our mind’s eye in thought or gaze upon the creation in its many forms… let our hearts rise up in thankfulness to Him who created… with thankfulness praise…

in praise to Him the creator…

so we can behold His Glory… then we have seen something!

Nothing you have made is more beautiful, more majestic, and more wonderful; more perfect… then Jesus!

This is the Glory of God… in Himself… perfect love… Your heart revealed…

And we will be there forever… embraced in Your love…

Praise you… Jesus… we thank you for being you…

In all of your creation… In all that we are… we are image… we give thanks and praise to you for this…

We meditate on you Jesus…
