Forgiven=Forgiveness…

Forgive; as in God forgives; to give up the desire to punish; to stop being angry with; to pardon; to overlook; to cancel a debt (that is very much owed); absolved; released!

Having knowledge that the wrath of God; which we have inherited as well as earned by expanding on that selfish premise, is now removed in the atoning blood of Jesus, gives place to our receiving of that free gift of life in Christ, daily… forever!

Forgiven begets forgiveness…

When man led by the Spirit asked Jesus “teach us to pray”, He responded with His personal prophetic prayer of intended purpose. The first word of Jesus opens the kingdom of heaven in an entirely new insight to relationship between God and man… “Our”.
Jesus gives entrance into our relationship with the unseen God, “My Father”, Who no man has seen, only Jesus, by enjoining us to Himself in prayer by the inclusionary, “Our Father”. “My Father is your Father”.  No longer the abstract of the unspoken name of God, He is now inviting us through the presence of Jesus to know Him as “Father”. A call to each of us and all mankind to know God personally and intimately is given in our quest to know how to pray. Or how we should speak to God. The door to relationship as we are now realized in “Our” is, speak to me as you would a loving father… I love you as I love Jesus, I love you as He loves you, you have entrance into My heart.

This new light is made clear in our thankfulness. Vaulted into personal, intimate relationship to the creator of all things, is void of the words of love.  But wait… God is love!…
To what end, is love not declared at this very moment of revelation, God declaring Himself as Father?
Jesus in teaching us to pray does not mention love by use of the word; or does He?

Because God knows us and more importantly He knows our needs, at this auspicious occasion we come into both a personal and practical application of God’s love for us. We need Him as God and now more so as “Father” who is now made personally accessible in Christ Jesus.
In praying is access to God, in obeying is maintaining that access… let us follow how.
This is how you speak to our Father, Jesus instructs but more accurately is demonstrating as He prays. We appeal by more than instruction of Jesus to God our Father we pray as Jesus, Who is alive in us and is one with the Father… You are Holy; Your Kingdom has come to us in Jesus within our midst, for our cry is “our”, we are one; give us bread today, both temporal and Spiritual (giving us Jesus we acknowledge your provision and your love for us); but, forgive us…
FORGIVE us !

We were born into sin and we continue to sin for our weakness, in the observation of both good and evil is, because of our inheritance, we are in need of forgiveness. We need continued forgiveness Father… so we ask for it… as instructed, as led of the Spirit, as promised by Jesus teaching us to ask.
But and this is a big but! We cannot have it without understanding the selfless, sacrificial love of Jesus. And that love is made manifest in only one way and one way alone!
“As we forgive those…” loved is gain of forgiveness from God, forgiven we love as Jesus, and forgive…
There is no “Our” Father without the love of Jesus alive in us… able, ready, willing to forgive anyone anything as we ask in do kind. “As we forgive those who sin against us”
How they sin against us, how they separate from us or any why or wherefore in doing so…
You Father, forgive us… thank you… you love us so… we forgive them…
Jesus concludes the prayer and repeats, reminds and warns unless you forgive you will not be forgiven.

Do you need to forgive? Yes! Always!
If you say no… not I… you will not be forgiven!
In your need to forgive or ask for forgiveness don’t tell God… He already knows.
You need to tell the offender or offended… Now!
We harbor too much anger or deny anger that removes us from God by means of unforgiveness.
Pray… review the demonstration of Jesus in prayer… open your heart… forgive… as you seek forgiveness…

Forgive now!
